In the rare event your art arrives flawed or damaged, It will be replaced at no additional cost to you. My print provider does their utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. However sometimes damage can occur in shipping. Please keep all packaging, take photos of the damage done to both packaging and artwork, and send me an email with the photos, details, and your order number, and I'll take care of it. For returns for other reasons, with no damage, returns will be accepted on a case by case basis. Please email me with the details of why you are unhappy with the order, photos of product, and your order number.

You can be confident your order will be created and handled in a sustainable manner by a company that cares about conservation. For originals, all acrylics are sealed with a high gloss varnish.
